Pay per view article subscriptions: if you are unable to access full text of the article purchased due to a Journal of Nutrition system failure, your payment will be refunded or a copy of the article will be provided to you by fax or by mail.

Pay for admission (30-day) subscriptions: if you are unable to access content on the nutrition.org website for the full 30-day subscription period due to a Journal of Nutrition system failure, your subscription will be extended for a period of time equal to the time access was unavailable or a pro-rated refund will be issued.
