Translations of Full-Text Articles

The American Society for Nutrition does not provide translations of articles. However, users may translate and self-reprint articles from The Journal of Nutrition if they meet the following criteria.

1. Translations are considered self-made reprints and the guidelines for self-made reprints must be followed, including payment of the royalty fee.
   
2. An additional fee of $25 is assessed.
   
3. A copy of the translation should be sent to The Journal of Nutrition offices at the address listed on the guidelines page.
   
4. The following statement must be printed with the translated article:
   Translated from the original into LANGUAGE by TRANSLATOR'S NAME. The translator assumes responsibility for the accuracy of the translation. The American Society for Nutrition is not responsible for translation errors. Readers are encouraged to access the original publication at http://jn.nutrition.org.
