In consideration of the publication of the Article, Author grants to the American Institute of Nutrition or its successors all rights in the Article of whatsoever kind or nature, including those now or hereafter protected by the Copyright Laws of the United States and all foreign countries, as well as any renewal, extension, or reversion of copyright, now or hereinafter provided, in any country. If the manuscript is not accepted for publication, this transfer does not take effect.

Author warrants that his contribution is an original work not published elsewhere in whole or in part, except in abstract form, that he has the full power to make this grant, and that the Article contains no matter libelous or otherwise unlawful or which invades the right of privacy or which infringes any proprietary right.
