The Influence of Dietary Fat on Thiamine Loss from the Body

Three Figures

L. Emmett Holt, Jr. and Selma E. Snyderman

Department of Pediatrics, New York University College of Medicine, New York

The increased thiamine intake required by such a dietary shift has been measured.
