1. In a survey of 394 children no significant difference wasfound between the serum vitamin A levels of children with andwithout folliculosis.
2. The serum carotene values were lowerin children with folliculosis.
3. The children of both groupsare equally capable of absorbingvitamin A as indicated by theirserum levels after the administrationof 50,000 and 25,000 I.U.of vitamin A.
