The Distribution of Pantothenic Acid in Certain Products of Natural Origin

1. The pantothenic acid content of a number of foods and otherproducts of natural origin was measured by biological assaywith chicks. Data are presented for sixty-eight products, involvingmore than 200 bio-assays.
2. The dietary requirement of thechick for thiamin, riboflavin,and pantothenic acid is comparedwith the varying distributionof these vitamins in certain foods.
