Influence of Fiber on Nitrogen Balance and on Fat in the Feces of Human Subjects

It may be concluded on the basis of the data from the experiments which are drawn upon for this reprot, that a high proportion of bulk in the diet tends to reduce the utilization of nitrogen to a lower plane, but that it does not have the same effect upon the utilization of fat in the diet.
