Technique for Determination of the Antineuritic Vitamin B1

Data have been presented which show the importance of having a uniform basal diet when comparative studies of the antineuritic vitamin B are made.
The diet most sensitive for the determination of the antineuritic vitamin B has been found to be a sucrose-protein diet (25 per cent proteinDiet C).
